• The email address on your TestMeMan account.
• For payment issues, the Razorpay payment ID (it starts with “pay_”) and the pass you bought.
• For a wrong question or answer, the test name and question number, or a link to the page.
• For assessments run by an employer or college, the organisation’s name.
