Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of testmeman.in, exams.testmeman.in and campus.testmeman.in (together, “TestMeMan”), operated by [Registered business name], [Registered business address]. By using TestMeMan you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

TestMeMan offers mock tests for government and commerce exams, coding and aptitude practice for campus placements, interview articles, live quizzes, and assessments that employers and colleges can run. Some features are free; others need a paid pass. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Your account

• Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Do not share an account or sell access to it.
• Tell us at support@testmeman.in if you think someone else has used your account.

Fair use

You agree not to:

• cheat in proctored tests or assessments, or help someone else do so;
• copy, scrape, republish or sell our questions, solutions, articles or other content;
• try to break, overload or get around the security or access controls of the site;
• use TestMeMan for anything unlawful, or to harass other users;
• use offensive display names on leaderboards or live quizzes.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and may void results obtained by cheating.

Passes and payments

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• A pass gives access to the features described on the pricing page for the period you bought (for example 30 days or one year). It is for your personal use and is not transferable.
• If a payment succeeds but your pass does not activate, contact support@testmeman.in with your payment ID and we will fix it.
• For refund requests, email support@testmeman.in. [Refund policy: owner to confirm.]

Exam information

Exam patterns, syllabi, company hiring patterns and similar information on TestMeMan are based on public notifications and past candidates’ experience. They may be out of date or differ from the real exam. Always check the official notification. Mock test scores, ranks and percentiles are estimates for practice and do not predict your result.

Assessments run by employers and colleges

When an organisation invites you to an assessment on TestMeMan, it decides how the results are used. Your results for that assessment, including integrity reports, are shared with that organisation.

Content and intellectual property

The questions, solutions, articles, design and software on TestMeMan belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own preparation. Code you write in the practice editor stays yours.

Ads and third-party links

Article pages show ads from Google AdSense, and the site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content of ads or other websites. See our Privacy Policy for how ads use cookies.

Availability and liability

TestMeMan is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free or suited to a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of TestMeMan.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page; continuing to use TestMeMan after that means you accept the new terms.
